Ferrer Janeiro Hotel & Spa

Incredible location. Delicious restaurants all within walking distance. I rate the hotel very highly. The swimming pools have great opening hours and are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Any issues I had were quickly fixed by staff within a really short space of time. Having a spa on site is a delight. We did breakfast each morning - fantastic and delicious range of food each day. It was a truly relaxing holiday.

Breakfast was great, location is phenomenal, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to the seaview room, which was much appreciated by my friend and I. Also, I forgot my Kindle in the room and the hotel staff (albeit after a few phone calls) located the Kindle and packed it up for the DHL pick-up I arranged and paid for. Thank you Adrian and Sylvia!

We loved the food, the spa was a lot better than expected, great swimming pool. The bike garage was very good because I didn't have to keep a bike in the room. The location and restaurants around were very good.

Swimming pools, especially the big one. Sauna is included if you book all incl. SPA, animation - really good. Entertainment is every night) Friendly staff but inattentive. There is a vegetarian/vegan corner. Good fruits and vegetables choice.

The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and tentative. The food was exceptional and hygienically the place flawless. Honestly the best hotel we've ever stayed in. We are young family with an 11 year old and 9 old daughters and the staff were fantastic with them and made them feel like little princesses.
